Dedicated to support, growth and wellbeing
We support fire engineers from any background, through a structured, set development plan, taking you to senior fire engineer within five years.
What to Expect
Our graduate programme gives you a solid foundation - from fundamentals and fire risk management to fire engineering systems and specific design guidance, means of escape, external fire spread and everything in between. Primarily, we support fire engineer graduates, but our grad programme varies far and wide too. You might join us as a graduate with forensic surveying services. The PartB team comprises diverse skillsets and interests relating to fire – so we welcome yours too. Whatever your role, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary and great benefits. This will provide a firm basis to achieve professional registration with the Engineering Council at the appropriate level..
Supportive team
The great thing about being a graduate with us is access. You’ll regularly speak with CEOs, TDs, and directors, learning from some of fire’s leading figures. Our senior team has worked in the industry for decades, in legislation and government advisory roles, and even as firefighters. Here, everyone helps everyone and every voice is heard. Support is built in to all we do.
PartB Perks
